What's the best thing YOU can do, as a good citizen, to help us reduce dependence on foreign oil, clean up the air and make the roads safer?
Believe it or not, the best thing you can do is simply to consider your own choices carefully. When you're buying a vehicle, buy one that meets your needs but doesn't vastly exceed them. If you drive by yourself to work most days, don't buy a hulking land-yacht that carries six people and their American Tourister luggage. Sure, you might need to go on vacation with the extended family some day, but you can always rent a vehicle for that which would be fun.
Buy a vehicle that makes sense for you most of the time.
If each of us makes intelligent choices, the world will improve. We promise.
Not about to buy a new car? You can always share our information with a friend who is. Or, if you like, you can slap one of our free "Live Larger, Drive Smaller" bumper stickers on your car.
But most of all, just consider all of what you read here next time you make a car decision.
Thanks.
