Point, Counterpoint: Car Talk Versus Nissenbaum's Recycling
There's no doubt about it. Junkyards--oops--we mean "recyclers"-- suffer from a certain image problem. For example, when you think of salvage yards, do you think of rabid attack dogs and wrench-wielding ex-cons named Vinny? We thought so. And, in our humble opinion, not all of that reputation is undeserved.
But, not everyone agrees with us.
Case in point: our longtime pals Allen, Neil and Joe at Nissenbaum's Recycling here in our fair city. They'll tell you that, these days, going to a junkyard -- oops, a recycler-- is akin to shopping for a fine fur on Fifth Avenue.
So, what's the truth? We'll let you be the judge.
